TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE PICK UP OF YOUR ORDER
Product(s) displayed in the shop: you can collect your order at the shop until the next Wednesday after receiving your invoice.
After this period, your order will be dispatched to our warehouse and you will have 14 days to collect it. You will be charged 15$ per week, each week after this period.
Additional time must be expected for products that are out of stock, customized products or products transferred in the workshop.
|In case of unforeseen event (late delivery from a supplier, mechanical breakdown of a truck, etc.) Casa Suarez cannot be held responsible for the failure to respect the delivery deadline.

In order to help you regarding your delivery, please acknowledge this information:
You order will be delivered within 21 days after the date of your purchase for every product displayed or available in our warehouse. Additional time must be expected for products that are out of stock, customized products or products transferred in the workshop. In case of unforeseen event (difficult climatic circumstances, late delivery from a supplier, mechanical breakdown of a truck, etc.) Casa Suarez cannot be held responsible for the failure to respect the delivery deadline.
If you made a deposit when purchasing you order, you must pay the amount where you bought the product. The delivery date cannot be confirmed unless you paid the entire amount of your invoice.
Delivery date confirmation
Only our logistics platform can confirm the day of the delivery.
You will be reached by phone and/or by email within 7 days after receiving your invoice to set the conditions of your delivery.
On the day of the delivery
- Make sure that the dimensions of the doors, stairs and the planned storage space are large enough to allow the delivery agents to deliver and place the goods without constraint.
- Our delivery agents do not make any installation, disconnection or displacement of furniture or appliance, except the items indicated on your invoice.
- For safety reasons, our delivery agents cannot remove their shoes / boots. We recommend that you protect your floors.
- If difficult conditions arise during the delivery, our delivery agents will ask you to sign a disclaimer, or to return to the store to choose other items.
If the product do not fit in the planned storage space, we will not be able to give any refund.

o An additional storage fee of 15$ per week will be charged if:
o you do not confirm the day of the delivery within 10 days after your order completion.
o you will be able to collect your order at the shop Calle 72 entrando por la Hyundai Calle 50 San Francisco, or plan a new delivery, which will be charged at a regular price.

Duration: 1 year
What is in the warranty?
- Delamination 1/16’’ thickness and 3’’ length
- Natural cracks over 24’’ length by ¼’’ width
What is not covered under the warranty?
- Wine stains, grease marks and others
- Heat stains
Tips to clients:
- Avoid to put hot dishes directly on the furniture
- Avoid to put a laptop directly on the furniture
- Ensure to clean right away liquid stains
- Clean the furniture with a soft tissue and a mild soap. Don’t use any abrasive product.
- Use as many mats or coaster as possible under any accessories or dishes.
- Don’t hesitate to show natural cracks to the client so he’ll know exactly what to expect.
After the one year period:
- We can always repair the furniture under some conditions
- Some additional fees must be expected depending on the amount of work
- Clients must bring the furniture to our shop
- Depending on the case, we will judge the appropriate way to repair the furniture
