However, if you receive an item that fails to meet your expectations for one reason or another, just let us know, and we will happily replace it with a product that will trigger your absolute satisfaction.

DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURN

Since we are very fond of our luxurious products and strive to guarantee a fulfilling shopping experience for all our clients, we carefully inspect and pack all goods to avoid damages during transit. However, we advise you to inspect each item upon arrival, and list any potential damaged on the proof of delivery. Casa Suarez cannot be held responsible for any flaws that are not mentioned on the proof of delivery.

If you experience any problems with your order, just contact our customer service specialists within one day of delivery. In case you have received a damaged item, our staff members will kindly ask you to send them a photo reflecting the damage to support your claims, and make it easier for them to take the most appropriate course of action. If the item you have received is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it in a timely fashion, free of charge.

UNDAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS

When it comes to returning products that aren’t damaged in any way, our goal is to make it easier for you to beautify your home with your new object of desire. However, considering that we forfeit a percentage of our profits to reduce shipping costs and guarantee a more fulfilling shopping experience, if you were to change your mind and return an undamaged product, you would have to handle return shipping costs, as well as a 20% restocking fee. Also, please note that we accept returns only when the product can be listed as resalable upon inspection, and our shipping fees and custom-made products are non-refundable.
